Dr. Maharani Hapsari adalah Sekretaris Eksekutif Pusat Studi Perdagangan Dunia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, dan Co-Chair UGM-WTO Chair Programme. Dr. Maharani adalah dosen di Departemen Ilmu Hubungan Internasional, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Dr. Maharani telah berpengalaman selama 15 tahun dalam mengajar, riset, konsultasi dan pengabdian masyarakat dibidang pembangunan daerah, perdagangan, lingkungan, kebencanaan dan ketahanan, ekologi dan agama, serta tata kelola sumber daya lingkungan berbasis masyarakat.
